Return & Exchange Policy
At hearble.com, operated by Baptistes Corporation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Conditions
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, in-ear hearing devices and ear tips cannot be returned once unsealed or used, unless they are faulty, damaged, or misrepresented.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support via the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address (Australia or overseas).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds / Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use or are returned without their original packaging.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Your Rights Under Australian Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.
