Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on hearble.com (“the Site”), operated by Baptistes Corporation. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Products

We sell hearing aids, hearing amplification devices, and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product. Hearing devices are consumer products and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full card details. Your order is processed once payment is fully authorized.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Return & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Any manufacturer warranty is provided in addition to these rights.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to the value of the product purchased. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable law. Consumers in Australia retain all rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law.
